老年痴呆患者血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、叶酸、维生素B12检测分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)、血管性痴呆(VD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、叶酸(FA)及维生素B12(Vit B12)水平的变化及其相关性。方法:检测65例AD患者、58例VD患者、40例健康对照者Hcy、CRP、FA、Vit B12水平并分析其变化。结果:AD、VD组血清Hcy、CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),VD组高于AD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清FA及Vit B12水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),AD组高于VD组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Hcy、CRP参与了AD、VD的发病,是AD和VD的危险因素之一,FA及Vit B12缺乏可能是导致痴呆发生的间接因素;Hcy、CRP可以在一定程度上协助鉴别AD与VD,为干预治疗提供依据。
