大学生自我污名现状及对策研究

A Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures of College Students' Self Stigma

随机选取300名在校大学生进行《心理疾病内化污名量表》和《自尊量表》测量。经过数据分析,在校大学生自我污名总体处于中等水平,并在人口社会学变量上存在一定差异,但是其中仍有部分学生超出平均水平,存在较高的自我污名,同时自我污名与自尊水平呈负相关。对此现状可提出消除自我污名的三点对策:加强对大学生的心理健康宣传教育;对个体自我污名运用认知疗法消除;对群体可进行团体辅导间接消除自我污名。

300 college students were randomly selected to accomplish the Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Scale and The self-Esteem Scale. After data analysis,college students’ self-stigma is in the middle level,and there are some differences in population sociological variables. However,there are still some students are above average,with a higher self-stigma. And there is a negative correlation between stigma and self-esteem. Measures to eliminate self-stigma may be made from three points,strengthening the college students’ mental health promotion and education,eliminating self-esteem by cognitive therapy,indirectly eliminating self-stigma by group counseling.
