摘要
目的探讨在单孔通道基础上用3D腹腔镜系统行经腹膜后肾囊肿去顶减压术的可行性和安全性。方法对我院21例采用单孔3D腹腔镜行肾囊肿去顶术的患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 21例患者手术顺利无中转开腹,手术时间40～75min,术中出血10～60mL,术后住院4～7d。结论通过单孔通道利用3D腹腔镜系统行肾囊肿去顶减压术是安全可行的。
Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of renal cyst decortication through 3D laparoscopic retroperitoneal access based on single site.Methods Clinical data of 21 patients who undergone renal cyst decortication through single-site 3D laparoscopic retroperitoneal access were retrospectively analyzed.Results All operations were smooth,and no case needed to transfer to open surgery.The operation time was 40～75 minutes,intraoperative bleeding was 10～60 mL,and postoperative hospitalization was 4～7 days.Conclusion Single-site 3D laparoscopic retroperitoneal access for renal cyst decortication is safe and feasible.
