角膜活体共聚焦显微镜在青光眼临床研究中的应用

摘要 角膜活体共聚焦显微镜作为一种非侵入性、高分辨率的眼表成像仪器,可以对角膜、结膜、睑板腺等眼表组织进行细胞水平的微观形态检测。青光眼患者的眼表健康逐渐受到关注,越来越多的研究针对抗青光眼药物和手术治疗对患者眼表组织结构的影响进行探究。近年来国内外许多学者已将角膜活体共聚焦显微镜从眼表疾病的应用引入青光眼临床问题的探究中。因此,本文就角膜活体共聚焦显微镜在青光眼临床研究中的应用现状进行阐述,为今后研究开拓新思路。 Corneal in vivo laser scanning confocal microscopy( IVCM),as a noninvasive measurement,provides micro-structural information of the anterior segment tissues of the eye and allows high-resolution imaging of the cornea,conjunctiva and meibomian glands at the cellular level. Health of ocular surface in glaucoma patients has been gradually concerned. Previous studies have been conducted to investigate the influence of anti-glaucoma drugs and surgeries on the structure of ocular surface in glaucoma patients. In past years,the application of IVCM has progressively extended to clinical research for glaucoma patients. Thus this paper reviewed the studies of IVCM observation for glaucoma and provided a new research approach to interpret the mechanism of ocular surface alterations in glaucoma.
