排尿日记评估小儿排尿异常的应用进展 被引量：7

摘要 排尿日记(VD)指在一定时间内采用特定的表格连续记录排尿相关数据,是一项特殊的尿动力学检查项目。VD主要有排尿时间表(MTC)、频率-尿量表(FVC)、膀胱日记(BD)3种类型。VD客观、简单、无创,可行性强,解读方便易懂,能够提供详实而可靠的临床资料,在小儿排尿异常的诊断和治疗中具有重要的意义,应积极推广普及。本文就VD的适应证、形式、应用方法及其临床意义做一综述。
