摘要
教师教育的分层级培养理念立足同一教学场域,针对不同发展层级教师进行不同的培训设计与专业引领。教师成长的实质是教学专长的形成和发展,从新手教师到熟手教师的变化主要表现为常规水平的胜任教学,从熟手教师到优秀教师的变化主要表现为创新水平的胜任教学,从优秀教师到专家教师的变化主要表现为学理水平的解读教学。教师分层级培养是满足教师专业发展需求和实现专业成长的持续性设计,是满足不同类别和不同层级教师的个性化设计,是促使各层级教师互助共生发展的互动性设计。依层级设计的教师教育模式有助于满足不同层级教师的专业发展需求及专业的可持续性发展。
The mode of the hierarchical level teacher education was based on the same teaching field,different training design and professional guide were provided to different teachers,according to their professional development levels.For example excellent teachers' three-dimensional training framework,proficient teachers' and novice teachers' five-step training system.The mode was helpful to meet the demand of different levels teacher's professional development and their professional's sustainable development.
