摘要
自20世纪90年代以来,我国职前教师教育实践所存在的问题不仅没能得到较好地解决,而且在教师专业化发展的今天变得更加突出,相关问题分别表现在理念、目标、内容、设置、条件、投入、管理、操作、评价和政策这十个方面。解决我国职前教师教育实践环节的十大问题,培养未来卓越教师,需要采取三方面策略:一是树立专业化的实施理念,二是建立追求卓越的实施标准,三是出台保障有力的支持政策。
Since the 1990 s,the problems existing in preservice teacher education in China,instead of being successfully solved,have become more serious nowadays.These problems respectively lie in concept,target,content,settings,conditions,investment,management,operation,evaluation,policy,etc.To solve them,strategies need to be taken from three aspects:first,to set up aprofessional implementation idea;second,to set up an implementation standard of pursuing excellence;third,to issue effective security policies.
