基于随机前沿模型的山西省经济技术效率评估

Technology efficiency evaluation and its transformation analysis of Shanxi Province based on stochastic frontier production function

运用随机前沿分析方法,基于山西省经济社会发展数据,对该地区经济技术效率、前沿产出水平及效率损失进行了测算。结论表明:山西省在1978-2014年间经济实际产出距离前沿产出具有一定差距,存在产出损失和技术非效率,改革开放以来山西省技术效率增长趋势明显;但值得警惕的是,2011年以后,经济技术效率水平持续下降,山西省经济技术效率和经济发展状况存在"双下行"风险。提高生产要素的利用效率、产业结构转型发展是迫切的政策取向。

Based on economic statistical data from 1978-2014 and stochastic frontier analysis（SFA）model,this paper estimated technical efficiency（TE）and frontier output of Shanxi Province.The results show that there has been a certain gap between economic practical output and frontier output in Shanxi from period 1978 to 2014.The distance between real output is from frontier output due to output loss and technology inefficiency.With China＇s reform and opening up since1978,Technical efficiency growth trend of Shanxi Province has been obvious.But,notably,economic development and technical effect rate have continued to decline since 2011.Shanxi Province Economic and technological efficiency and economic development face ＂ double down＂ risks.Conceivable policies should be adopted to improve technology efficiency and enhance regional economic growth.
