摘要
后现代主义学者认为师生关系是一种平等对话、共同探究、互相理解和融合、共历生命成长、相互投入和创造的关系。这一观点对于改善我国现有的师生关系提供了有益的借鉴。当前,我国师生关系的弊端不断显现,师生之间仍旧是权威与服从、控制与被控制的关系;在学习知识方面依旧是传授与接受的关系。这与我国教师传统观念暂未改变、专业职能水平低、学校制度不合理都有一定的联系。为此,教师应转变身份和观念,提高自身的素养,学会与学生进行真正意义上的对话,让二者形成一种共生的关系。
The post-modernism researchers argue that the relation between teachers and students should be equal dialogue, co-researching, mutual understanding, sharing the process of growing up, mutual input and creation. The concept provides reference for improving current teacher-student relationship in China. The defects of teacher-student relationship in China consist in the relation of authority and subordination, controlling and being controlled, and the imparting and reception in teaching. The reasons for this are the conservative concepts of teachers, lack of proficiency in profession, and the inconsequent system. Therefore, teachers should renew the relative concepts and improving their abilities with a pursuit of symbiosis and integration of teachers and students.
