摘要
培养全科型教师是小学教育发展的时代要求和必然选择,也是新建地方本科院校的基本职责。百色学院在全科型小学教师的培养中,根据全科型小学教师的专业素质结构特点,修订完善人才培养方案、建立校内实验实训室和校外实践教学基地、制定完善实践教学体系和教学管理制度,探索出"全程·融合·协同"的"双元制"基本模式并取得明显成效。
General teacher training is the requirement of the times and the inevitable choice of the development of primary school education, basic duty is the newly built Local Comprehensive Universities. Baise University in the training of primary school teachers, according to the general-subject primary school teacher's professional quality structure characteristics, revise and improve talent training plan, establish the school laboratory and out of school practice teaching base, formulate and improve the practice teaching system and teaching management system, searching out the basic pattern of "full- Integration- synergy" dual system "and achieved significant results.
