培养全科型教师是小学教育发展的时代要求和必然选择,也是新建地方本科院校的基本职责。百色学院在全科型小学教师的培养中,根据全科型小学教师的专业素质结构特点,修订完善人才培养方案、建立校内实验实训室和校外实践教学基地、制定完善实践教学体系和教学管理制度,探索出"全程·融合·协同"的"双元制"基本模式并取得明显成效。
