校企合作协同育人的研究与实践

Research and Practice of School Enterprise Cooperation

校企合作协同育人模式是高校与企业双方优势互补,充分利用各自的优势培养出高级应用型人才的最佳模式,也是培养创新型人才的必要途径之一。需要政府部门顶层的设计、扶持(含教育部门对高校评估体系的完善),学校与企业形成共识,加大建设校企合建的人力创新基础的力度,构建"工学结合"的教学体系。

The School-Enterprise Cooperation is the best way for universities and enterprises to make full use of their advantages to cultivate advanced applicative talents. And it is one of the necessary practices to cultivate innovative talents.According to the years of experience, School-Enterprise cooperation and Collaborative education was studied in this paper. The common understanding between school and enterprise, the top design and support of governments（contenting the improvement of university evaluation system by educational departments）and the concrete measures to realize the cooperative education of school and enterprise are included.
