摘要
电动汽车(Electric Vehicle,EV)的快速发展将对城市配电网产生重要影响。文章提出了基于现行峰谷分时电价的智能充电策略,建立了多种车型在不同充电场所和不同充电策略下的充电模型。以华东某城市含综合负荷的典型配电网为对象,对比分析了在2030年电动汽车保有量水平下3种不同充电策略对该区域配电网的负荷、损耗、电压和主设备负载率的影响。结果显示对电动汽车采取控制措施的充电策略在满足电动汽车充电需求的同时,能平稳负荷、降低损耗、提高电压质量和降低主要配电设备负载率,且智能充电策略的效果更为显著。可为未来电动汽车接入的配电网改造和规划提供参考。
The rapid development of electric vehicle(EV) will greatly impact on the urban distribution network. In this paper, charging modes of different EV in different charging places are analyzed and a smart charging strategy based on peak-valley TOU(time-of-use) power price is proposed. A case study with a distribution network with integrated load in East China is demonstrated to analyze the impact of three charging modes on the load, loss, voltage and the main equipments load rate of the distribution network under the EV ownership rate in 2030. The results show that controlled charging modes can smooth load, reduce loss, improve the voltage quality and reduce the load rate of the main equipments while satisfying the service of EVs charging. And the effect of smart charging mode is more signifi cant. It can provide a reference for alteration and planning of a distribution network with EV charging in the future.
