摘要
生鲜电商作为电子商务中一个新兴领域,商业模式仍在探索之中,而且由于生鲜产品本身的特性和消费者传统的消费习惯,对多数人而言通过互联网购买生鲜产品还是新兴事物。但随着生鲜电商的蓬勃发展,已经受到社会各界越来越多的关注,对其发展环境的研究具有一定现实意义。本文分析了当前中国生鲜电商面临的机遇和挑战,并提出相关建议。
As a new field of e-commerce, fresh food e-commerce is still exploring its business model. Due to the characteristics of fresh food e-commerce itself and the traditional consumption habits of consumers, buying fresh products through the Internet is an emerging thing for the majority of people. With the rapid development, fresh food e-commerce has raised more and more attention of society, and it has a certain practical significance to research the development environment of the fresh food e-commerce. This paper analyzes the current opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese fresh food e-commerce, and puts forward related suggestions.
