摘要
高职酒店管理专业推行现代学徒制人才培养模式需要把好人才培养目标定位关,打造联合招生招工方式,校企共同探讨制定教学方案,共同搞好课程体系开发,合理安排教学过程,严格标准和制度的建设,采用多样化证书获取途径,以确保保障措施支撑到位。
Carrying out modern apprenticeship personnel training mode for hotel management major in higher vocational colleges aims at ensuring safeguard measures on the basis of comprehending personnel training objectives well, building joint recruitment ways, discussing and formulating the teaching plan, making curriculum system exploitation, arranging reasonable teaching process, constructing strict standards and systems and adopting diversification certificate methods.
