摘要
幼儿园教师的语文素养对幼儿的终身发展具有很大影响。高职五年制学前教育专业学生语文素养呈现出知识匮乏、技能薄弱、情感冷漠、态度消极等特点。三元交互决定论是社会学习理论,探讨个体、行为、环境的交互影响对学习效果的影响,以该理论为指导,注重在优化个体、改善环境、激发潜能等方面下功夫,通过三者交互作用,可以促进个体素养的提高。
The Chinese quality of kindergarten teachers has great influence on the lifelong development of children. Chinese literacy for five-year higher vocational pre-school education major student presents the characteristics of unsubstantial knowledge or skills, emotional indifference and negative attitude. Triadic reciprocal determinism is a social learning theory that explores the effect of individual, behavior and environment. With the guidance of it, emphasizing the interaction among optimizing individual,improving environment and stimulating potential could promote the improvement of individual quality.
