Altruistic behavior refers to the behavior of help others but never get anything in return, including local altruistic behavior and evolutionary altruistic behavior. There are so many factors about altruistic behavior such as biology, culture, situation,emotion, cognition and personality. The media, individual and government should advocate the phenomenon of altruistic behavior according to those different factors against altruistic behavior.
