摘要 采用浸渍法制备了PW_(12)/HZSM-5(SiO)2与Al)2O)3的质量比为25)催化剂,考察了催化剂在柠檬酸与正丁醇酯化反应中的催化活性。用XRD、BET、IR方法对催化剂结构和微观性质进行了表征,经PW_(12)改性后的催化剂晶体结构并没有发生显著改变。比较了负载PW12前后,催化剂在酯化反应中的活性,实验结果显示,负载PW_(12)后催化剂的活性明显增强,并可重复使用。在反应270 min后,柠檬酸转化率达到80.8%,重复使用3次仍保持较好的催化活性。 PW_(12)/HZSM-5(SiO_2 /Al_2O_3 weight ratio of 25) catalyst is prepared by the impregnateion method and characterized by X-ray diffraction, N_2 adsorption, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results show that the catalyst has little influence on the crystal phase of PW_(12)/HZSM-5, and the catalyst shows good catalytic performance and is reusable. The reaction time is over 270 min, and the conversion of citric acid is 80.8%, also it can be reused 3 times.
