摘要
通过对我国一些水利工程建设乱象的分析,揭示了某些水利工程无序建设发生的原因,并提出相应的整改对策,对我国水利工程建设规划实施整体规划,推进水利工程建设的管理体制改革,监控水利工程安全,保证优化生态环境,确保我国水利工程建设健康发展。
Based on the analysis of problems in parts of China＇s water conservancy construction, this paper discusses the causes of the disorderly construction, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures, in hope to improve the overall planning for China＇s construction of water conservancy projects, to carry on the management mechanism reform of water conservancy construction, to supervise the safety of water conservancy project, to realize the ecological optimization, and to ensure the healthy development of water conservancy construction projects.
