摘要
小型水利水电工程,如小型水力发电厂或排涝泵站,其年利用小时数较低,非发电(非排涝)工况时间较长,导致其主变压器的空载损耗较大。针对该种情况,设置可满足电站最小负荷要求的站用变压器在机组停机时运行,可减少主变的空载损耗。但在较多工程设计中,站用变的配置并不能达到很好的节能效果,且经济性较差。对此,通过若干工程实例来分析设计中存在的误区,并提出较为详细的应用条件以及设计依据,使设计更加合理,达到预期的降耗节能效果。
The no-load loss of main transformer is very high in small hydraulic and hydropower project such as small hydropower station and drainage pump station. In order to solve this problem, an auxiliary transformer is commonly utilized when the station stays in standby mode. However, in many projects this method does not achieve the expected energy saving target.
