高职学生预备党员与基层党组织互动回应机制探析

The Study of Interactive Response Mechanism Between Probationary Party Members and Basic Party Organization for Higher Vocational Students

加强预备党员的教育和培养是提高发展党员质量的重要一环。只有掌握大学生预备党员的现实诉求、准确把握其思想状况与特点,才能有的放矢地培养高质量的大学生党员。通过对广东省30所高职院校的学生预备党员和党务工作者就学生党员诉求及回应现实进行调查,对构建回应机制提出了实现路径,对加强高职院校基层组织建设和学生党员思想上入党进行探究。

It is of great importance for the improvement of the quality of Student Party members to strengthen the education and cultivation of probationary party members. Hence, only by full understanding of students＇ demands and their thoughts can we succeed in developing high quality students party members. This paper conducts a survey on how college students express their demands and respond to the basic party organizations by interviewing probationary party members and party workers in 30 higher vocational schools in Guangdong province. A practical way to construct the demand-and-response mechanism is then put forward in this paper, which may give a hint to strengthening basic party organization construction and the improvement on developing student party members.
