On the Construction Control of the Pile Foundation in the Environment of an Intertidal Zone

摘要 沿海桥梁桩基在淤泥滩涂地质环境下,地质条件差,建设环境复杂,施工组织和施工技术难度很大。以沈海复线高速公路宁德段A3项目为依托,通过介绍淤泥滩涂地质环境下钢护筒的设置及泥浆的选择等,总结出适用于沿海滩涂区淤泥地质环境下保证桥梁桩基施工质量、结构安全的技术要点。施工措施的采取有效地保证了质量、缩短了工期、降低了成本,取得了良好的经济效益。 Since coastal bridges are built in the environment of silt or in intertidal zones,the geological conditions there are very poor and the construction environment is complex,in which case there is great difficulty in the organization of the construction and construction techniques.With the A3 Project of the Ning-De Section of the Shen-Hai Double-Line Expressway as a practical example,and upon the basis of introducing the provision of steel pile casing in the geological environment of the intertidal zone,and the choice of the right mud,important points of construction control to ensure the good quality of the construction for the pile foundation of bridges and the safety of structures in the geological environment of intertidal zones are summed up in the paper.These technical measures help ensure the good quality of the construction of the pile foundation,effectively shorten the construction duration and lower the cost,with nice economic effects achieved.
