摘要 动物词的文化内涵从古老的动物图腾崇拜到今天,尽管人们的认识发生了巨大的变化,但其中的文化内涵早已经渗透到民族文化的各个角落,这种文化内涵通常以隐喻的方式存在于汉语之中。通过对汉语中现存的动物词语按照文化等级不同进行分类研究,可以管窥到中国传统文化发展的脉络及其与中国语言文字的内在特质,有助于外国人认识汉文化,并正确理解动物词语在汉语中的隐喻意义。 Although humans have made much progress in their understanding of this world, the cultural implications of animal words from the ancient totems to the present have penetrated into every corner of Chinese culture,and find expression in modern Chinese in the form of metaphor. This paper classifies some animal words in Chinese according to the criterion of cultural levels and expounds their metaphorical meanings, which can help reveal the history of the traditional Chinese culture and the intrinsic qualities of the Chinese language and writing,and help the foreigners have a better understanding of Chinese culture.
