剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症16例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 16 cases with abdominal wall incision endometriosis after cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产术后腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的临床诊治及预防措施。方法对16例腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 16例患者均行异位病灶切除手术,为预防复发术后予孕三烯酮口服治疗半年延迟月经。结论手术是治疗腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症的有效方法。严格掌握剖宫产指征,控制剖宫产率,规范的手术操作可以降低发病率,减少患者再次手术痛苦。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention measures of abdominal wall incision endometriosis after cesarean section. Methods The clinical data of 16 cases with abdominal wall incision endometriosis after cesarean section were retrospectively analyzed. Results Ectopic focus excision was operated on all the patients and gestrinone was given to the patients for half a year to postpone menstruation and prevent reoccurrence. Conclusion Surgery is an effective method to cure abdominal wall incision endometriosis.
