内蒙古地区25-羟基维生素D的血清浓度与心功能相关性研究

摘要 目的通过检测内蒙古地区慢性充血性心力衰竭患者25羟维生素D的血清水平,观察25羟维生素D与慢性心衰患者心功能的关系。方法选择我院2014年12月~2015年4月期间来自内蒙古地区的心脏病患者共111例,另选同时期同一地区42例健康体检者作为对照,入院后静脉空腹血检测25羟维生素D、NT-Pro BNP水平。分析比较不同心功能分级组间25羟维生素D、NT-Pro BNP的测值。并观察25羟维生素D血清水平与NT-Pro BNP之间的相关性。同时比较25羟维生素D降低的患者与25羟维生素D正常者心衰的发生率。结果随心功能级别的增高,25羟维生素D血清水平逐渐降低,组间比较P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。经过相关分析血清25羟维生素D水平与NT-Pro BNP呈负相关,(rs=-0.427,P﹤0.05)。25羟维生素D降低组与正常组比较,心衰发生率增高P﹤0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论心衰患者25羟维生素D水平与NT-Pro BNP及心功能呈负相关,25羟维生素D降低的患者心衰发生率明显增高。25羟维生素D可作为评价心功能的客观指标。 Objective To verify the correlation between 25 hydroxy vitamin D and chronic congestive heart failure through test the serum level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D in patients with chronic congestive heart failure. Methods totally 111 cases with heart disease and 42 healthy subject in the control group.were collected in our hospital during the period of Dec.2014 April 2015 and to test fasting blood 25 hydroxy vitamin D and NT-Pro BNP after admitting them into hospital. To analyze the difference of 25 hydroxy vitamin D and NT-Pro BNP in different heart function groups, to test the correlation between 25 hydroxy vitamin D and NT-Pro BNP and to compare the proportion of heart failure in patients with low 25 hydroxy vitamin D and in patients with normal 25 hydroxy vitamin D. Results the level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D was significantly decreased with heart function level increasing(P﹤0.05). 25 hydroxy vitamin D was negatively correlated with NT-Pro BNP(rs=0.427, P﹤0.05). The proportion of heart failure was significantly higher in low hydroxy vitamin D group than normal group(P﹤0.05). Conclusion 25 hydroxy vitamin D was negatively correlated with NT-Pro BNP in patients with heart failure. The proportion of heart failure was significantly higher in low hydroxy vitamin D group than normal group. 25 hydroxy vitamin D is able to be an index to evaluate heart function.
