癌的传统放化疗缺乏特异性,有效率低,副反应大。近年来,随着分子生物学、人类基因组学的快速发展以及细胞信号转导通路研究的不断深入使得人们对肺癌的治疗有了新的认识。一些分子靶向药物的研究进展逐渐受到人们的关注并且陆续投入到临床应用,本研究就对有关分子靶向药物对非小细胞肺癌的治疗作一综述。
