摘要
利用固体催化剂以及最佳反应条件实验数据对燃煤烟气催化同时脱硫脱硝新技术工艺进行了设计。固定床反应器、换热器和吸收器联合起来,将反应热、高温热尾气充分利用,组成热泵系统加热冷烟气,节约了能量。将换热器与吸收塔同轴安装减小了设备体积。
With solid catalyst and experimental data obtained at the optimal conditions,a desulfurization and denitration system is designed for catalyzing coal-fired flue gas.The fixed bed reactor,heat exchanger and absorber are combined to form a heat pump system inorder to fully utilize both reaction heat and high temperature exhausted gas,and the energy is saved.The heat exchanger is co-axially co-axially installed with absorption tower to reduce the volume of the equipment.
