摘要
旅游信息化的发展,使得智慧旅游应运而生.选取开封市智慧旅游建设作为研究对象,研究分析本地旅游从业者对其的感知,并通过问卷调查的方法收集基础数据,利用统计工具SPSS 20.0对问卷中的感知评价进行了描述性分析,得知本地旅游从业者对开封智慧旅游带来的影响和价值认可度较高,但对具体项目的满意度偏低;然后针对本地旅游从业者对具体建设内容的满意度评价进行因子分析,提取出"监管服务和自身形象"、"游客自助服务"两个公因子,从不同职业角度对两个公因子的评价进行了差异分析.最后根据分析结果,提出对开封智慧旅游今后发展的建议和对策.
As the development of tourist informationization, smart tourism has arisen. This paper selects Kaifeng's construction of smart tourism as the research object, and analyzes the perception of tourism practitioners about Kaifeng's smart tourism. And it collects the basic data through questionnaire, SPSS 20.0 software. From the result of descriptive interpretation, it is found that the value of Kaifeng's smart tourism recognition in tourism practitioners' eyes is rather high, and satisfaction is low. Moreover, in the light of tourism practitioners' evaluation of Kaifeng's smart tourism, the paper proposes two common factors: "supervision service and self-image"; "self-service of tourists", and make the differentiation analysis of different professions of tourism practitioners. Finally, some suggestions and solutions are presented for the development of Kaifeng's smart tourism in the future.
