摘要 应用型本科院校将办学目标定位于培养高级应用型人才,因此改革原来的教学体系,强化实践能力培养,进行教师队伍的转型建设势在必行.石家庄学院电工电子教学团队在课程整合、实践教学改革和双师型教师培养等方面进行了有益探索.对电类基础课程进行了科学规划和整体优化,实践体系突出工程背景,大力培养双师型教师,通过外引和内培两个方面提高了教师教学实践能力. Application-oriented institutes should locate in the training of senior applied talents, so the reform of original teaching system, cultivation of practice ability and construction of teachers' transformation are imperative. Electrical and electronic teaching team of Shijiazhuang University has done a lot of work in course integration, practice teaching system and double-quality teacher training. The electrical foundation course is scientifically planned and comprehensively optimized, and the engineering background is strengthened in practical system. And great efforts need to be made to cultivate double-quality teachers, thereby improving teachers' teaching ability and practice by external introduction and internal training.
