摘要
在经济全球化背景下,企业面临严酷的生存与竞争环境,为保障持续稳定发展,企业必须推行变革与创新。现阶段企业管理创新模式不仅是促进体制改革的动力,也是实现产业升级以及适应经济全球化的需求。从我国企业的整体发展状况来看,我国企业管理依然存在一系列问题,在管理创新方面受到市场环境、管理制度等内外部因素影响,而知识经济也改变了企业的技术、生产与运营环境。为了解决企业管理中存在的问题,实现知识经济下企业的管理创新模式,企业应加快构建信息化管理体系,不断完善管理创新模式激励机制,为企业发展提供持续成长动力。
Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises are facing severe survival and competitive environment,in order to ensure sustainable and stable development of enterprises,which must implement changes and innovation.At the present stage,the innovation mode of enterprise management is not only the driving force to promote the reform of the system,but also the need to achieve industrial upgrading and adapt to the economic globalization.From the overall development of China's enterprises and enterprise management still exist a series of problems,in the management of innovation by market environment,management system and other internal and external factors,such as management innovation is affected by the market environment,management system and other internal and external factors,and the knowledge economy has changed the technology,production and operation environment.In order to solve the problems existing in the enterprise management,realize the management innovation mode of enterprise under the knowledge economy,enterprises should accelerate the construction of information management system,constantly improve the mode of management innovation incentive mechanism,and create elite team to enhance flexibility management,in order to provide sustainable growth momentum for the development of enterprises.
