从职业生涯设计的视角看大学生村官队伍建设

摘要 大学生村官工作是一项创新性的工作,学术界对该工作进行理论研究的不多,实践中存在村官工作职责不明确、报酬不高、职业培训指导和农村知识技能培训缺乏,队伍不稳定等问题。大学生村官队伍长效机制的建设,需要以职业生涯理论为指导,政府为大学生村官在农村的成长、成才做好制度性安排;高校要开设农村指向的专业、课程,并做好大学生的职业生涯教育;大学生要根据社会需要合理地规划职业生涯。 The College student village official is a creative work,the academic circles on the work is not much.In practice,there are many problems in the work of village official,such as responsibilities are not clear,pay is not high,lack vocational training guidance and knowledge and skills training in rural areas,and the team is not stable,etc.Firstly,the construction of long-term mechanism of College student village official team needs to be guided by the theory of career,the government should make institutional arrangements for College student village official in rural growth.Secondly,Colleges and universities should set up the countryside-oriented major,and curriculum,and do a good job in college students' career education.At last,College students should plan their careers reasonably according to the needs of the society.
