养血调经合剂中阿魏酸含量的测定

Determination of Ferulic Acid in Yangxuetiaojing Mixture by HPLC

目的：建立养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法：采用Turner C18色谱柱（4．6mm×200mm，5．0μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（15：85），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为316nm，测定其含量。结果：阿魏酸浓度在0．999-99．899μg／mL范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）；加样回收率平均为97．27％，RSD为0．99％（n=9）。结论：该方法操作易行，快速准确，可用于养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。

Objective： To establish a method for determining ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture by HPLC. Methods： Using turner C18 column （4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm） used chromatographic column. Mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution （15： 85）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was 316 nm. Determination of ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture was conducted. Results： There was a good linearity of the range of the ferulic acid concentration between 0.999μg/mL and 99.899 μg/mL （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery rate was 97.27%, and RSD was 0.99% （n=9）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and it is suitable for the determination of ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture.
