摘要
目的:建立养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用Turner C18色谱柱(4.6mm×200mm,5.0μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(15:85),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为316nm,测定其含量。结果:阿魏酸浓度在0.999-99.899μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);加样回收率平均为97.27%,RSD为0.99%(n=9)。结论:该方法操作易行,快速准确,可用于养血调经合剂中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture by HPLC. Methods: Using turner C18 column (4.6 mm ×200 mm, 5μm) used chromatographic column. Mobile phase was composed of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (15: 85). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was 316 nm. Determination of ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture was conducted. Results: There was a good linearity of the range of the ferulic acid concentration between 0.999μg/mL and 99.899 μg/mL (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 97.27%, and RSD was 0.99% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate and it is suitable for the determination of ferulic acid in Yangxuntiaojing mixture.
