摘要
本文在梳理可持续发展基本理论的基础上,试图构建与我国区域发展特点相适应的金融可持续发展能力评价框架。并依据各省份近十四年的历史数据,运用网络层次分析法,以东中西部为视角实证分析了我国区域金融可持续发展能力水平,对比发现各区域差异产生的具体问题所在,具有针对性地提出了缩小区域金融发展差异、推进金融可持续发展的政策建议。
On the basis of analyzing the basic theory of sustainable development, the paper tries to construct a evaluation framework of the financial sustainable development ablity which is adapted to the regional development of China. Based on the data of 14 years of each province, the paper analyzes the level of regional financial sustainable development ablity from angle of view of eatern, middle and western regions in China by using ANP, compares and finds the specific problems leading to regional difference. Then the paper proposes policy recommendations on narrowing the difference of the regional financial development and promoting the financial sustainable development.
