标准肾镜下B型超声引导气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂上尿路结石的临床效果观察

目的探讨标准肾镜下B型超声引导气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂上尿路结石的方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析标准肾镜下B型超声引导气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂上尿路结石5610例患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均成功建立F24经皮肾镜通道,平均手术时间62min,术中失血量50~400ml,结石一期取净率91.2（5112/5610）,术中、术后均未发生严重并发症。结论标准肾镜下B型超声引导气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗复杂上尿路结石安全、有效、在治疗复杂上尿路结石方面有良好的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of complicated upper urinary tract calculi with pneumatic lithotripsy and ultrasonic lithotripsy under standard. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 5610 cases of complicated upper urinary tract calculi by ultrasound guided pneumatic lithotripsy and ultrasonic lithotripsy under standard. Results All patients were successfully established F24 percutaneous renal mirror channel,the average operation time of 62 min,intraoperative blood loss of 50 ~ 400 ml. The stone clearance rate was 91. 2%（ 5112 /5610）,and no serious complications occurred during the operation and after the operation. Conclusion The effect of complicated upper urinary tract calculi was good and safe by the standard renal ultrasound guided pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy. In the treatment of complex upper urinary calculi,there is a good application value.
