摘要
《红楼梦》的内容包罗万象,书中描述了许多中国古典文化传统和习俗,其中有很多章节涉及到了饮食文化。在《红楼梦》俄译本中,译者凭着扎实的翻译功底和技巧将其准确地译成俄语,保证了原文文化内涵在译语中的等值传递。但是由于中俄饮食文化存在着差异,导致译文存在一些误译现象,文章拟就其中的翻译技巧及误译加以分析。
The inclusive literary classic "The Dream of Red Mansion"describes numerous ancient Chinese traditions and customs,which involves Chinese food culture in several chapters.The Russian translated version is a masterpiece in that the author's brilliant translation skills and conveys the profound meanings of Chinese culture of the original work.However,differences in food culture between the two countries results in several mistranslations,which merit our attention.In this paper,we will analyze the author's translation skills and the reasons for its linguistic translation errors.
