氨甲喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Methotrexate Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:研究氨甲喋呤与米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年7月-2014年12月笔者所在医院收治的异位妊娠患者90例,分为A组(氨甲喋呤肌注)、B组(氨甲喋呤肌注联合米非司酮口服)、C组(氨甲喋呤妊娠囊穿刺注射联合米非司酮口服),每组30例,对比三组患者的治疗成功率、不良反应发生情况、血清β-h CG及包块直径变化。结果:A组患者治疗成功率、血清β-h CG下降率最低,包块直径最大,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组包块破裂发生率较B组高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨甲喋呤联合米非司酮疗效好,前者肌注、后者口服能减少包块破裂风险,安全性高。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method： Ninety patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from July 2013 to December 2014 were divided into A group（with Methotrexate intramuscular injection）, B group（with oral Mifepristone and Methotrexate intramuscular injection）, C group（with Methotrexate pregnancy sac puncture injection combined with oral Mifepristone）, 30 patients in each group.The changes of the treatment success rate, adverse reactions occur, serum beta-hCG and package diameter compared among the three groups.Result： The success rate and serum beta-hCG of A group was the lowest in the three groups, which masses had the highest diameter, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05） ; the rupture of C group was higher than that of B group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Methotrexate combined with Mifepristone has a good curative effect, by intramuscular injection of the former and the oral of the latter can reduce the rupture risk, which referring to a high safety.
