Tibial plateau fracture is a kind of intra-articular fracture derived from high-energy injury with a series of complications associated with severe soft tissue injury.If tibial plateau fracture is not properly treated, it may cause the dysfunction of the knee joint, or cause the degeneration of the knee joint at later period.This article reviewed the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of tihial plateau fractures, we hope it will have some help and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of tibial plateau fractures in the future.
