摘要 自党的十八大以来,随着强力持续的正风反腐举措的不断推进,公职人员腐败和不正之风问题得到了有效治理。但与此同时,庸政懒政现象又有抬头的趋势。人性的自利原则、制度体系的不健全、社会监督缺位、文化建设缺乏针对性等是导致庸政懒政现象产生并蔓延的重要原因。为此,应从加强公职人员思想政治教育、完善激励考核机制、强化监督问责体系、倡导勤廉文化风气等方面着手,进一步深化对庸政懒政行为的治理,全面打造更加高效、务实的公职人员队伍。 Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CCP, there has been a strot^g and sustained effort of promotion of an- ti-corruption and work-style correction; corruption and unhealthy tendencies have been effectively curbed. But at the same time, mediocre and lazy administration is on the rise. The main reasons include the self-interest of human nature, incomplete system of regulations, lack of social supervision, absence of cultural construction, etc. Measures must be taken to harness mediocre and lazy administration for a more effective and practical team of civil servants from enhancing their ideological and political education, perfecting the incentive and assessment system, strengthening the supervision and accountability mechanism, and promoting diligence culture constructions.
