介绍一种冲压设备间自动搬运用机械手的设计方案、工艺流程及设备组成。详细介绍机械手滚珠丝杠副的设计原理及计算方法,概括介绍电磁铁、线性滑块、导轨、伺服电机、马达及减速机等部件参数的确定过程。
This paper presents a kind of design, process flow and equipment composition, which is an automatic handling manipulator used between punch equipment. The design principle and calculation method of ball screw on manipulator are introduced in detail, roughly describes the determination procedure for data of electromagnet, linear slide, guide rail, servo motor, motor and reducer.
