强肝胶囊对慢性肝炎血清肝纤维化指标作用的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Qianggan Capsule for Serum Liver Fibrosis Markers of Chronic Hepatitis

目的:系统评价强肝胶囊对慢性肝炎血清肝纤维化四项指标的影响,为慢性肝炎的临床治疗提供借鉴。方法:计算机检索自建库以来至2015年7月中文数据库中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统(WANFANG DATA)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)以及英文数据库Pub Med、Web of Science、Embase、the Cochrane Library,关于强肝胶囊治疗慢性肝炎的随机对照试验。制订纳入和排除标准,提取资料并分析,采用Jadad评分量表对纳入文献质量进行评分,Rev Man 5.3软件对多个随机对照试验的结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入6个研究,均为强肝胶囊治疗慢性肝炎的临床试验,总共443例患者,其中治疗组239例,对照组204例,Meta分析结果显示,强肝胶囊能明显降低慢性肝炎血清肝纤维化四项指标即Ⅲ型前胶原蛋白(PCⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白(IV-C)、透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)水平,并与对照组比较,经统计学分析差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:强肝胶囊能降低慢性肝炎血清纤维化四项HA、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C和LN指标,减轻西药抗肝纤维化的不良反应。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of Qianggan Capsule on four indexes of serum liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis,providing the reference for the clinical treatment of chronic hepatitis. Methods： CNKI,VIP,WANFANG DATA,CBM and English database Pub Med,Embase,Web of Science and the Cochrane Library were searched from inception to Jul. 2015 to collect Qianggan Capsule treatment for chronic hepatitis： the randomized controlled trials. Use the inclusion and exclusion criteria to screen the trials. Extract and analyze the materials. By Rev Man 5. 3 software,make the Meta- analysis on the overall effect of multiple clinical test. Results： Six randomized controlled trials of the treatment of chronic hepatitis were included： a total of 443 cases of patients,239 cases in observation group,204 cases in the control group. Qianggan Capsule group＇ s hyaluronic acid（ HA）,laminin（ LN）,type III procollagen（ PC III） and type IV collagen protein（ IV- C） levels were decreased significantly compared with the control group＇s（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Qianggan Capsule can significantly reduce the serum indexes of liver fibrosis of chronic hepatitis and alleviate adverse reactions of Western medicine on anti hepatic fibrosis,however,since the quality of the current research is low,large- sample,strict and high quality randomized controlled trials are still needed to verify these results.
