摘要
《伤寒论·伤寒例》云:"春夏养阳,秋冬养阴,顺天地之刚柔也。"人与自然相通应,四时季节春生夏长、秋收冬藏的变化深刻地影响着人们的生活。因此在日常生活中,应当注意饮食起居,以适应四时的变化,顺应自然。文章从六气理论出发,对机体发病的饮食起居调理进行一简要地论述,以期为临床防治疾病及个人养生提供一定的借鉴。
It is said in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases·Shanghanlun that in order to adapt to nature,we should preserve and nourish Yang in spring and summer and Yin in autumn and winter. While man communicates with nature,the change of the four seasons that manifests as germination,growth,reaping and string,which deeply influence the daily life. Therefore,we should pay attention to the diet and daily life in our everyday life so that we can adapt to the change of the four seasons and nature. Based on the theory of six climatic factors,the paper discussed the diet and daily life that influence the health of our body,which may also do something meaningful to clinical practice and individual health maintainance.
