中西医结合综合治疗肝火上扰型突发性耳聋的临床研究

Combination Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine to Treat Sudden Deafness of Liver-fire Disturbing Upwards

目的:通过对中西医结合组与单纯西医常规治疗组治疗突发性耳聋的临床观察,验证其临床疗效,为其临床推广提供依据。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,对照组30例,予西医改善内耳微循环、减轻内耳水肿等治疗;观察组30例,在对照组治疗基础上加针刺与中药治疗。共治疗2周。评价患者治疗前、治疗后的听力损失程度,并比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组听力损失程度均改善(均P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.3%,优于对照组总有效率66.7%(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论:中西医结合综合治疗肝火上扰型突发性耳聋可以提高患者的听力,改善听力情况,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗,适合临床推广。

Objective： This clinical trial compares the short- term and long- term clinical efficacy between combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and monotherapy of western medicine in the treatment of sudden deafness（ i. e. liver- fire disturbing upwards）,which aims to provide more evidence for further clinical practice. Methods： Sixty patients were randomly assigned to two groups. There were 30 patients in each group. The control group received standard western medicine treatment（ i. e. improving microcirculation of inner ear and relieve edema of inner ear）. The experimental group is treated with combination of traditional Chinese medicine（ i. e. acupuncture on scalp and Chinese herbs） and standard western medicine as control group. All patients are treated for 2 weeks. The hearing loss decibel value was observed before treatment and after 2 weeks treatment. Results： The hearing loss was improved in both groups（ P 0. 05）. The effective rate in the experimental group was93. 3%,which was better than 66. 7% in control group（ P 0. 05）. There was no severe adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： The combination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine can improve deafness（ i. e. liver- fire disturbing upwards） and is superior to monotherapy of western medicine. Therefore,the combination therapy is worthwhile for further clinical application.
