Toll样受体3的信号通路及作为靶点的药物研究进展

Signal Pathway of Toll-like Receptor 3 and Its Development as a Target for Drugs Research

Toll样受体3是Toll样受体中的重要成员之一,可特异性识别相应配体,通过独特的信号活化途径在抗感染、自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等疾病的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用,是疾病防治和药物开发的重要靶点。文章对TLR3结构、信号通路及以TLR3为靶点的药物,包括激动剂、拮抗剂及中医药方面的研究进展进行了综述,通过综述发现,在我国丰富的中医药资源宝库中,可能存在着新的TLR3靶点拮抗或者激动分子,能够通过TLR3及其信号通路发挥对相关疾病的调制作用。

Toll- like receptor 3,one of the Toll- like receptors important member,can specifically identify the corresponding ligand and plays an important role through a unique signal activation pathway in anti- infection,the development and progression of autoimmune diseases,cancer and other diseases. It is an important target for disease prevention and drug development. In this paper,the structure,pharmaceutical research and progress in TLR3 signaling pathway as a target for TLR3 were reviewed.
