摘要 提出了大型公共建筑用能强度标准值计算方法,解决了不同类型建筑以及同类型建筑之间不能横向比较的问题。选取不同功能性质的大型公共建筑(建筑功能包括宾馆、办公、商场及综合型建筑)分项用能强度,采用多元回归分析方法对建筑各分项用能强度进行最佳拟合,得出各种不同建筑的用能强度标准值,在此基础上对综合型建筑与纯功能型建筑的用能强度标准值进行偏差分析,得出综合型建筑各分项用能强度标准值同样适用于纯功能型建筑,最后通过单体建筑用能强度对总体建筑用能强度标准值拟合结果进行验证。 The article puts forward calculation methods of large public building energy consumption intensity standard value to solve crosswise comparison between different types buildings and same type buildings. It chooses different functional large public buildings sub-energy consumption intensity among hotels, office buildings, shopping malls and comprehensive buildings. It applies multiple regression analysis method to optimize fitting building sub-energy consumption intensity to conclude that there are different public buildings energy consumption intensity standard values. Based on that, it carries out deviation analysis of energy consumption intensity standard value among comprehensive buildings and pure functional buildings to conclude that comprehensive building energy consumption intensity standard value could be applied into pure functional building. Finally it verifies fitting results of overall building energy consumption intensity standard value through single building energy consumption intensity.
