高压变频器在方坯连铸机二次喷淋供水泵上的应用

摘要 方坯连铸二次喷淋冷却用水量不稳定,压力波动大,导致设备损坏,改用回流装置调节压力浪费了大量富余水量的输送能耗,为此提出采用高压变频器根据水量需求进行控制,从而做到节能。改造实践证明,结合工艺控制需求,采用完美无谐波高压变频器对二次喷淋供水泵实施调速节能控制,系统稳定,调节及时,且节省了大量的电能,具有较好的经济与社会效益。 Billet caster secondary spray water supply is unstable, whose pressure has large fluctuation that results in device damage. Using backflow device to regulate pressure that results in surplus water supply transportation and distribution energy waste. The article introduces high voltage frequency converter to control water quantity according to demand, which could save energy. Renovation proves that applying perfect no harmonic high voltage frequency converter to control secondary spray water supply pump speed would save large electric power and have better economic and social benefits due to stable system and timely adjustment.
