摘要
采用TMBR+NF/RO组合工艺对湖北省宜昌市某垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液进行处理,介绍了组合工艺的流程、特点、设备规格、技术参数。TMBR系统对可生化降解COD处理后,COD平均质量浓度为822 mg/L,平均去除率为95.8%,对NH_3-N平均去除率为94.9%;经过NF/RO出水的COD平均值为45 mg/L,NH_3-N均小于25mg/L,达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的排放标准。组合工艺处理成本为29.5元/m3。
A combined process of TMBR and NF / RO is applied to treat leachate from a sanitary waste landfill site in Yichang,Hubei province,China. The technological process,characteristics of the combination process,equipment specifications and technical parameters are introduced and the engineering experience of operating the TMBR and NF /RO combination process and controlling landfill leachate are also summarized. The average concentration of COD is822 mg / L after biochemical degradation of TMBR process,the average removal rate is 95. 8%,the average effluent COD is 45 mg / L after the NF / RO process and the average NH_3- N removal rate is 94. 9%. The concentration of NH_3- N is less than 25 mg / L after further separation and purification by the NF / RO process and it meets the landfill pollution control standard( GB 16889—2008). The composite processing cost is 29. 5 yuan / m^3.
