This paper instroduces the application of the voltage frequency converter in dust collection fan in sinter plant secondary dust collection system of Isdemir. Through the calculation analysis and operation monitoring,the average power saving rate of the equipment can reach more than 25% and the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption can be achieved.
