脊柱内镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症不同手术入路的进展 被引量:25

摘要 经皮脊柱内镜技术是近年来脊柱微创外科的研究热点。与传统手术相比,经皮脊柱内镜腰椎间盘髓核摘除术(percutaneous endoscopic lumbar discectomy,PELD)具有手术创伤小、术后恢复快、对脊柱稳定性影响小、疗效确切等优势,已逐渐成为脊柱微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的主流技术。但是由于突出物的大小和突出位置的不同、病变节段解剖因素的限制等原因,使得PELD的适应证相对狭窄。不同手术入路的研究及内镜工具的研发改良已成为目前该领域的研究热点及未来的发展方向。本文将就脊柱内镜的手术入路进行综述。
