斜坡道快速施工技术在夏甸金矿的应用

Application of quick construction technology of ramps in Xiadian Gold Mine

为了加快地表斜坡道施工进度,夏甸金矿制定了安全高效的快速施工方案:一是,凿岩爆破参数的优化,使每班进尺达到3 m以上;二是,支护方法的新突破,使表土段和基岩段的破碎区域进行快速安全的支护,从而减少对工程进度影响;三是,先进设备的使用及施工组织的优化,使作业效率大大提高。快速施工技术的实施使夏甸金矿地表斜坡道单作业面每月进尺平均达到210 m,满足了安全生产的需求,并创造了显著的经济效益。

In order to speed up the progress of surface ramps construction,Xiadian Gold Mine has designed a safe and efficient quick construction scheme. Firstly,the blasting parameters are optimized,extending excavation of each shift to more than 3 m; and then,supporting methods are renovated,making quick and safe support for fractured zone in surface level and matrix level,and thus smooth the construction progress; thirdly,advanced equipment is used and organization of construction is optimized,significantly improving the operation efficiency. The quick construction technology applied in Xiadian Gold Mine has increased excavation of each month to an average 210 m in single workface of surface ramps,meeting the requirements of safe production and creating prominent economic profits.
