克拉霉素联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃炎的治疗效果

Clarithromycin Combined Triple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori Infection Related to the Therapeutic Effect of Gastritis

目的探讨克拉霉素联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年5月至2015年5月在我院进行诊治的幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃炎患者共120例,将患者随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各60例,对照组患者入院之后进行三联疗法治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础之上再联合使用克拉霉素进行治疗,两组患者在接受为期一周的治疗后,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果进行克拉霉素联合三联疗法治疗的观察组患者的幽门螺杆菌清除率达98.33%、总有效率达96.67%,均明显高于进行三联疗法治疗的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克拉霉素联合三联疗法对幽门螺杆菌感染相关胃炎的治疗效果显著,有临床应用价值,值得广泛推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of clarithromycin combined triple therapy for helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis clinical efficacy. Method Selection in May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital for diagnosis and treatment of helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis patients,a total of 120 cases patients were random Ly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group 60 cases,control group patients admitted to hospital after treatment with triple therapy,observation group of patients in the control group treatment again based on the combination of clarithromycin treatment,two groups of patients after a week of treatment,compare the treatment effect of two groups of patients. Results Clarithromycin combined triple therapy treatment of observation group of patients with helicobacter pylori clearance rate was 98. 33%,total effective rate was 96. 67%,the triple therapy treatment were significantly higher than the control group,P〈0. 05,statistically significant. Conclusion Clarithromycin combined triple therapy for helicobacter pylori infection related gastritis treatment effect significantly,clinical application value and is worth popularizing widely.
