米索前列醇用于产后子宫收缩乏力性出血的临床治疗

Misoprostol Used in Clinical Treatment of Postpartum Uterine Contractions Fatigue Hemorrhages

目的探讨米索前列醇用于产后子宫收缩乏力性出血的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月1日至2015年6月30日于我院治疗的271例产后子宫收缩乏力性出血患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组。观察组136例,给予米索前列醇治疗,对照组135例,给予宫缩素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、用药后2 h出血量与不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率为96.32%,明显高于对照组的89.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用药后2 h出血量为(260.21±55.3)m L,少于对照组的(357.4±56.3)m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.15%,高于对照组的4.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米索前列醇用于产后子宫收缩乏力性出血具有较好的止血效果,且起效快,发生不良反应的情况较少,安全性高,值得在基层医院临床应用并推广。

Objective To explore the misoprostol used in the clinical curative effect of postpartum uterine contractions fatigue hemorrhages. Methods Selection July 1,2013 to June 30,2015 in our hospital treatment of 271 patients with postpartum uterine contractions fatigue hemorrhages were as the research object,according to different treatment methods were divided into observation group and control group.
